At TheVestureStudio, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy to ensure you feel confident shopping with us — whether you’re in India or abroad.

 1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • It’s in its original packaging with all tags intact

  • You include the order confirmation or invoice

 2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-returnable on the product page

  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper care

 3. How to Initiate a Return

It’s easy! Just:

  1. Email us at support@thevesturestudio.com with your Order ID and reason for return

  2. Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions

  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a free return pickup from your location (wherever possible in India)

 4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the refund status

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error

 5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Not what you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Your Order ID

We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.

 6. International Orders

We gladly accept returns from our international customers too.

  • Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer a refund or replacement
